GOODWYN, Justice.
Petition for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise the decision of that court in the case of Johnson v. State, 37 Ala.App. 650, 74 So.2d 506.
We have no alternative but to strike the petition. In the first place, it shows on its face that it was filed with the clerk of this court more than fifteen days after the Court *374of Appeals overruled petitioner’s application for rehearing.
