Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Travers, J.), entered December 29, 1987 in Rensselaer County, which denied defendant’s motion to vacate a default judgment entered against it.
In 1984 plaintiffs purchased a three-bedroom residence, referred to variously as a mobile home and a double section house, from defendant. On July 22, 1986 plaintiffs commenced this action asserting breach of warranty claims by service of a summons and complaint upon the Secretary of State. Defendant failed to answer.
