INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court on a motion for summary judgment by the Resolution Trust Corporation (“RTC”) as receiver for Ensign Federal Savings Bank (“Ensign II”), one of the defendants in this action. The plaintiff, Amsave Credit Corporation (“Amsave”) seeks a determination of the extent and validity of its liens against debtors and also requests a determination of the priority of such liens.
