SAMUEL, Judge.

This is a suit for personal injuries, property damages and medical expenses resulting from a collision between the plaintiff automobile and a defendant taxicab. Plaintiffs are: Elaine Allen Hurd, the driver of the automobile; her husband, Marshall Hurd, who appears as head and master of the community and on behalf of their ten month old child, Darrell Hurd, who was injured in the accident; Carrine Cox, a passenger in the plaintiff car at the time of the accident; and her husband, Leon Cox, who appears as head and master of that community.
