OPINION AND ORDER
JUSTO ARENAS, United States Chief Magistrate Judge.
This matter is before the court on motion to dismiss defamation claim for failure to answer interrogatories filed on March 23, 2010 by the defendants Rubén Blades (“Mr. Blades”) and Rubén Blades Productions, Inc., (“RBP”). (Docket No. 148.) Plaintiff Roberto Morgalo (“Mr. Morgalo”) filed a response on March 26', 2010. (Docket No. 150.) Aso on March 26, 2010, Mr. Blades and RBP replied. (Docket No. 151.) For the reasons set forth below, the motion to dismiss the defamation claim is GRANTED.
