Before the Court are the Objections of the United States Trustee (the “UST”) to the Applications of Brown Rudnick LLP, and Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnel LLP (“Committee Counsel”) as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) of Boomerang Tube, LLC (the “Debtor”) because they include a provision indemnifying them for expenses incurred in any successful defense of their *71fees. For the reasons stated below, the Court will sustain the UST’s objection.
