MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
McLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
The plaintiff in this case is an international union that seeks an injunction en forcing a trusteeship it imposed on the defendant local union. I have read the briefs and affidavits submitted by both sides, and after considering the testimony at the hearing of October 10, 1985, I have reached the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.

1. This Court has jurisdiction over this dispute under section 301 of the Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185.
