CARDAMONE, Circuit Judge:.This is an appeal by a local teamsters union from a grant of a preliminary injunction that enjoined it from resisting, and directed it instead to submit to a temporary trusteeship imposed upon it by its parent, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
