WATERMAN, Circuit Judge.

When this appeal was first before us, we affirmed the orders of Judge Bicks and Judge Murphy denying defendants’ motions for a new trial. Our opinion is reported at 315 F.2d 186 (1963). Subsequently the Supreme Court granted' certiorari, vacated our judgment, and remanded the ease to us for reconsideration. Evola v. United States, 375 U.S. 32, 84 S.Ct. 24, 11 L.Ed.2d 106 (1963).
