This is an appeal by Robert Bennett and Linda Bennett, husband and wife, from judgments entered against them and in favor of Bruce Hawkinson for a breach of a third-party beneficiary claim concerning the Master Franchise Agreement, as well as claims for tortious interference with Hawkinson’s Sales Franchise Agreement, tortious interference with his prospective business relationships, breach of fiduciary duty, and punitive damages.
