SAFFELS, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment and on plaintiff's motion to amend the pretrial order. The court has reviewed the briefs of counsel and is now prepared to rule.

Defendant claims that it is entitled to summary judgment on all of plaintiff’s claims because plaintiff’s negligence was the superseding cause of any property damages alleged in this case.
