Donna Epps appeals the district court’s judgment granting JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.’s (“Chase”) motion to dismiss her putative class action claim brought pursuant to the Maryland Credit Grantor Closed End Credit Provisions (“CLEC”), Md.Code Ann., Com.
