Plaintiff Churchill Communications Corporation [“Churchill”], commenced this diversity action by Order to Show Cause, seeking to enjoin defendants Robert Demyanovich, Robert Marone and John Czuczak, all former employees, from competing against it in the geographic areas in which it conducts its electronic message processing business.
