In the instant matter, Appellant Donald Corbin seeks reversal of the Circuit Court of Putnam County’s January 14, 2004 Order denying his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Before the circuit court, Appellant argued that his 1993 conviction for the felony offense of murder in the first degree, with a recommendation of mercy, should be set aside.
