PER CURIAM: *
Affordable Telecom (“Affordable”) appeals from the district court’s order af firming the Texas Public Utility Commission’s (“PUCT”) approval of an arbitrated interconnection agreement between Affordable and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (hereinafter “AT & T Texas”). We affirm.
