MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRUCE I. FOX, Bankruptcy Judge:
Before me for resolution is the motion of HHL Financial Service, Inc. (HHL) for nunc pro tunc approval of its employment by the debtor as a specialized collection agency. By consensual order entered January 25, 1990 I appointed HHL as agent for the debtor, effective as of November 14, 1989 (the date HHL's application seeking appointment was filed).
