This is a petitory action wherein plaintiff, Mrs. Winifred M. South Dinwiddie, alleges herself to be the owner of: "Twenty (20) acres in a square in the Northeast corner of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 of NW 1/4) of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 13 West, Caddo Parish, Louisiana", and prays that her ownership be recognized and she be adjudged entitled to the undisturbed possession thereof.
