Harrington v. Metropolis Property Management Group, Inc.

The petitioner, Joel Harrington, appeals an order of the Superior Court (Smukler, J.) granting the motion to dismiss of respondent Metropolis Property Management Group, Inc. (Metropolis). We affirm.

The following facts are drawn from the trial court’s order and the record, or are otherwise undisputed.
