In 1930 and 1931 W. TI. Thomas bought the bonds in question. Appellant claims that they were given to her in the presence of her husband, and asserts that from the time of receiving’ them they remained constantly in her possession. She says that, in keeping with her claim that Thomas was to have the interest, she presented a number of coupons and had the interest deposited in the name of Thomas. At the time of doing so she was required by the banker to write the name of the owner of the bonds on a blank provided for that purpose, this being said to be a requirement of the Federal Revenue…
