GRAVEN, District Judge.

This is a contest between a divorced wife and husband as to the ownership of an amount payable under an endowment provision of an insurance policy. The defendant, Floyd B. Bennett, and Nellie Bennett, now Nellie Wanamaker, were married at Webster City, Iowa, on February 7th, 1912. The parties during the period they lived together, lived at Webster City, Iowa, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Sioux City, Iowa, Beatrice, Nebraska, and Lincoln, Nebraska.
