Tischer v. Arrington

This is an appeal from an order and judgment dismissing an action by plaintiff in error, herein referred to as plaintiff, to quiet title to 160 acres of land in Pottawatomie county.

Plaintiff alleged in his petition that he is the legal owner of the land described and is in actual and peaceable possession thereof; that he acquired title thereto on June 17, 1914.
