This is an action by the plaintiff, Herndon, to recover possession of ' two lots in the city of Ada. It was instituted by the grantee in two correctional certificate tax deeds issued in 1932. The deeds appear to be valid on their face. The defendants, after preliminary motions, filed an answer asking no affirmative re-, lief but alleging that the deeds are void on their face and also void for several jurisdictional reasons.
