ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT W. PORTER, District Judge.
The nature of this controversy was the subject of a previous memorandum order of *634this Court1 and will not be repeated here. All that need be said at this juncture is that this is an antitrust suit in every sense of the phrase. The Plaintiffs’ allegations of antitrust have spilled over to the discovery process where nobody trusts anybody. The details of these discovery problems are set out below.
