Appeal from and supersedeas to a decree of the circuit court of the county of Hancock, rendered on the 6th day of March, 1877, in a suit in chancery in said court then pending, wherein John Richardson was plaintiff, and Daniel Donehoo, A. R. McCown, J. R. Donehoo and John Jenkins were defendants, allowed upon the petition of said Richardson, Hon. Thayer Melvin,judge of the first judicial circuit, rendered the decree appealed from.
