Defendants appeal from a judgment in an ejectment action. Plaintiff owns six acres of land in the southeast quarter of section 21, township 119, range 23, Hennepin county. For the purpose of this decision, the six acres may be roughly described as 24 rods in width east and west, bounded on the south by the south line of the south half of the northeast quarter of said southeast quarter, on the north.by a line 17 to 20 feet north of the north line of the south half of the northeast quarter of said southeast quarter and on the east by the east line of said section.
