After a car accident, Lincoln General Insurance Company, individually and as subrogee of Jose Salgado, Blanca Acosta, Miguel S., Ofelia S. and Cathy Alafaro (collectively, Respondents) sued Progressive Northern Insurance Company, Avery Strickland, and Jennifer Strickland.
