TERRELL, Justice.

Pursuant to Chapter 130, Florida Statutes, F.S.A., the Board of County Commissioners, Sarasota County, adopted a resolution providing for the issuance of bonds of the county for the purpose of enlarging and improving the county hospital known as Sarasota Memorial Hospital, including the acquisition of necessary land and equipment.
