Senior Care Resources, Inc. sued appel-lees, OAC Senior Living, LLC, Andrew Berry, and Orson Berry, for libel, business disparagement, and declaratory relief based on statements appellees made in communications to the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) as part of appellees’ acquisition of Medicaid beds in Rockwall County.
