In this intellectual-property dispute, the district court ordered the case transferred to the Northern District of California on the basis of forum-selection clauses in two of the contracts between the parties. Lim-itNone, LLC, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus seeking an order directing the district court to vacate the transfer order. Because LimitNone has not shown an indisputable right to the relief it seeks, we deny the petition for a writ of mandamus.
