OPINION
LARSEN, Justice.
This is an appeal from a jury verdict on multiple causes of action arising out of a partnership agreement. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
FACTS
In 1989, El Paso Healthcare System, Ltd., (“EPHS”) sought to develop a medical office budding on property it owned adjacent to Sun Towers Hospital.
