ADAMS, District Judge.
Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Disqualify Holland & Knight as counsel for Plaintiffs (Dkt. 14) and Plaintiffs’ response (Dkt. 28). For the following reasons, the Court determines that the motion should be denied.
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs allege that Defendant maintains public housing units contaminated with lead based paint which have caused and continue to cause injury to numerous children who reside there.
