The petitioners, Helen Harris and Huff Harris, who were defendants in the court below, challenge a judgment rendered in favor of Prince I. Wright, administrator of the *70estate of Carl Allen Wright, deceased, plaintiff below. The parties will be referred to according to their respective positions in the trial court.
