Vega Pelegrina appeals from the district court’s denial of his post-conviction motion made under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Now on parole, he seeks relief from the conviction of himself and a co-defendant, Jose Rodriguez Caban, on two narcotics counts — a conviction we affirmed by unpublished opinion, United States v. Pelegrina, 539 F.2d 702 (1st Cir. 1976).
