OPINION

KOCH, Judge.

This appeal arises from Smith County’s condemnation of property needed for a new landfill. The property owners requested a jury trial on the issue of damages, and a jury in the Circuit Court for Smith County awarded them $98,600. The property owners have appealed, taking issue with the evidentiary foundation of the jury’s verdict and with the trial court’s exclusion of portions of their proof concerning the value of the property. 1 We affirm the judgment.
