In this appeal from the trial court’s judgment on a jury verdict against the plaintiffs on civil assault and other claims, appellants K.J. and V.J., individually and as next friends of E.J., raise eleven issues. In their third issue, appellants contend the jury disregarded conclusive evidence that an assault occurred and therefore judgment should be rendered in their favor on that claim.
