This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, wherein that court ordered that a certain chattel in tbe possession of Morris M. Levin, a minor, tbe appellant herein, be produced for examination and test by the Cleveland Welding Company and General Motors Corporation.
