This action, commenced by John D. Stein, Chapter 7 trustee (“trustee”), seeks a turnover 1 of the debtor’s undivided one-half interest 2 in an 80 acre farm located at 6479 West Waukau Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Defendant, John W. Zarling (“debt- or”), appears pro se. The trustee has joined other parties as defendants because of their possible interests in the farm.
