Grounds 1, 2, and 3 will be treated together. They deal with errors assigned on drawing, summoning, and placing on the defendant, over his objections, tales jurors. These grounds are:
“First: Because the court erred [in] summoning 22 extra jurors when the panel to try the defendant was being made up, by not giving officers sufficient time for the officers to summons and get into court, before compelling defendant to complete the jury to try his case.
