Plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the business of hiring out automobiles to persons who desire to, themselves, operate the said cars. General Accident, Fire & Life Assurance Corporation, Limited, is an incorporated concern engaged in the writing of various kinds of insurance policies. In the course of its business it issued to E. H.
