Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered September 14, 1971 in New York County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to vacate respondent’s determination dismissing him from his position as a Probation Officer Trainee and directed that he be reinstated to his former position.
