Graham v. the State
Court of Appeals of Georgia
1Opinion of the Court
Peterson, Judge.
Marshall Martin Graham appeals his convictions for hijacking a motor vehicle and aggravated assault. He argues that (1) the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions; (2) the trial court erred by instructing the jury that the State did not have to prove all of the acts listed in each count of the indictment; and (3) the trial court erred by improperly commenting on the evidence during its instructions to the jury Because the evidence was sufficient to support Graham’s convictions and because the jury instructions of which he complains were not erroneous, we affirm.
