In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Department of Correctional Services Inmate Grievance Program Central Office Review Committee dated July 29, 1998, which denied the petitioner’s religious discrimination grievance, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Beisner, J.), dated July 6, 1999, which granted the petition, annulled the determination, and directed the respondent to permit the petitioner, inter alia, to practice his faith.
