OPINION BY GRACI, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Jason L. Millward (“Mill-ward”), appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on June 17, 2002 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. After careful review, we affirm.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
