RIDDICK, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment entered upon a verdict directed by the court in an action for damages for breach of four contracts to sell rice. The parties to the action are the appellant, Pacific Trading Company, Inc., a California corporation, with its principal place of business in California, the buyer of the rice, and the Mouton Rice Milling Company, the appellee, a Delaware corporation, operating a rice mill at Harrisburg, Arkansas, the seller.
