On September 22, 1954, the plaintiff, The J. R. Watkins Company, a foreign corporation, entered into a written contract with the defendant Jerome Vangen, as purchaser, whereby the Company agreed to sell to the purchaser, at current wholesale prices, F.O.B. Winona, Minnesota, such goods and other articles manufactured or sold by the Company as the purchaser might reasonably require for sale until the first day of December, 1956, in the locality in which he was engaged or intended to engage in business.
