ORDER Plaintiff Manuel Chavous filed a Complaint alleging that the City of Saint Petersburg suspended and terminated him in violation of federal and Florida employment law. The City moves for summary judgment, arguing that Chavous has failed to establish the essential elements of his claims and cannot rebut the City’s neutral reason for his termination.
