Defendant, convicted of armed robbery and adjudged an habitual criminal under Penal Code section 644, subdivision (a), 1 appeals.

Defendant admitted two prior convictions alleged in the information. They were (1) a conviction “on or about the 1st day of February, 1961” for the crime of burglary, first degree, in Sacramento County, and (2) a conviction “on or about the 8th day of December, 1964” of the crime of burglary, second degree, in Sacramento County.
