HOLMES, Circuit Judge.
In the petition for a rehearing it is stated that the court’s opinion in this case is far-reaching in its effect, extending to all iron-ore, limestone, and coal-mining employees in the United States, and “is of the greatest concern to millions of people and the general public”. In the same petition it is argued that the facts upon which the court’s conclusion was based “applied to only a few of the appellants’ employees and never applied to a great many employees”.
