Before the Court is Defendant Banco Santander de Puerto Rico’s (“Santander”) Motion for Summary Judgment, 1 and Plaintiff Victor Varela Teron’s (“Varela”) Opposition. 2 Plaintiff alleges that he was terminated from his employment at Banco Santander because of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.
