hThis disciplinary matter arises from formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) against respondent, Madro Bandaries,1 an attorney licensed to practice law in Louisiana.

On February 3, 2009, respondent and Joanna Cassidy entered into a “Legal Engagement and Retainer Agreement,” which purported to be an agreement for the representation of Ms. Cassidy in certain legal and business matters.
